摘要
本文综述了当前运动对Leptin 效应的主要研究工作。Leptin 是近年发现的能量平衡调节的激素,是Ob 基因的表达产物。运动对Leptin 水平的影响表现在:长期有氧运动可降低血Leptin 浓度,减少脂肪组织Ob 基因的表达,而一次性运动对Leptin 表达和其血中浓度的影响研究结果不一。运动的这些效应可能依赖于运动负荷量和运动时间。
The main results of the present studies on the influence of exercise on leptin effect were summarized. Leptin has been discovered recently as a sort of hormone to regulate energy balance. It is the product of ob gene expression. There have the effect of exercise toward the leptin level. Long-term aerobic exercise decreases the plasma lcptin concentration and ob gene expression in adipose tissue. But an acute bout of exercise on ob gone expression and serum leptin levels in different studies has different results. The effects of physical exercises on leptin may be depending on work loads and exercise time.
