摘要 本文介绍了实时参考咨询服务的产生背景,以及国内外图书馆实时参考咨询工作的开展情况,并且就标准制定、发展瓶颈、馆员角色嬗变等提出了几点思考。 This article presents the background of real-time reference service and its developing instanceshome and abroad. The thesis also advances advice upon the criterion instituting, evolution bottleneck, androle-transformation of librarians.[
