玉米与矮花叶病毒互作对防御反应酶系活性的影响 被引量:10

The Influence of Defense Enzymes Activity of Incompatible and Compatible Interactions Between Corn and Sugarcane Mosaic Virus-Maize Dwarf Strain B

摘要 选取抗、感甘蔗花叶病毒-玉米矮化株系的玉米自交系黄早四和Mo 17,与国内流行的甘蔗花叶病毒-玉米矮化B株系组成的非亲合性和亲合性互作体系为研究对象,以未接种为对照,对两类互作类型的防御反应酶系中的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性变化规律进行系统研究.非亲合性互作中PAL活性始终高于对照,整个互作过程中形成两个较大的峰,亲合性互作中除96 h高于对照外,其它时间均比对照低;非亲合性互作中POD活性先升后降,形成1个明显的峰值,亲合性互作中POD活性与对照相比没有明显变化,144 h形成1个明显酶活高峰;非亲合性互作体系中多元酚氧化酶除24 h外,酶活性均高于对照,形成1个酶活高峰,亲合性互作中酶活与对照相比没有较大变化;非亲合性互作中CAT活性始终低于对照,亲合性互作中在接种24~120 h内形成两个酶活高峰均高于对照;非亲合性互作中SOD活性先降后升,72 h达到酶活高峰,亲合性互作中变化趋势与非亲合性互作相似,酶活高峰出现在120 h. Changes in the activities of phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) , peroxidase(PO),polyphenoloxidase(PPO),catalase(CAT), superoxidedismutase(SOD) of two types of incompatible and compatible interactions, contrasted with those of non inoculation interaction, between corn (huangzaosi and Mo17)inbred lines and SCMV-MDB were studied. PAL activities of incompatible is much higher than those of control and formed two peaks during the interaction, PAL activities of compatible interaction was lower than those of control except 96hr. POD activities of incompatible interaction started to increase then declined, formed obviously one peak. POD activities of incompatible interaction was similar to control, only formed one peak at 144hr. PPO activities of incompatible interaction much higher than those of control expect at 24hr, formed one peak, PPO activities of compatible interaction is similar to control, CAT activities of incompatible interaction was lower than those of control, CAT activities of compatible interaction formed two peak and much higher than those of control form 24 to 120hr, SOD activities of incompatible interaction started to decline then increased ,formed one peak at 72hr. Compatible interaction is same as incompatible, reached peak at 120hr after inoculation .
