Isolation and Identification of Porcine Pseudorabies Virus in Henan

从疑似猪伪狂犬病的病料中分离到 1株病毒 ,通过电镜观察、免疫荧光检查、PCR方法检查 ,证明该分离株为猪伪狂犬病毒 ;用分离株研制出油乳剂灭活苗预防猪伪狂犬病 ,预防效果良好。

strain of virus was isolated from the pigs suspected of porcine pseudorabies. The isolated virus was identified to be pseudorabies virus by electron microscope,immunofluoresence technique and PCR.Porcine pseudorabies oil-emulusion inactivated vaccine was made by the isolated strain,which produced satisfactory protective results on the pigs.
