摘要
本文论述了在我国发展重载货车的必要性,提出开发重载货车应以充分利用线路及桥梁的承载能力、提高线路每延米载重为设计基本原则。在此基础上,提出了三种浴盆式重载货车车体的结构方案,经过理论分析、比较和有限元计算后,认为开发我国重载专用运煤敞车车体应以低自重系数、低重心、大容量的浴盆式车体为主要车型。
This paper describes the necessity of exploring heavy- haul wagon inChina,It points out that making full use of the loading ability of track and bridge and increasing the load per meter track should be taken as the basic design principles for heavyh-haul wagon. On this basis,three bathtub carbody configurations are given. After carrying out the theoretic analysis, Comparison and finite element analysis for these three types of carbodies,it concludes that the bathtub carbody which has low tare-to- load ratio,low gravitational centre and large capacity should be selected as the main type for the eyploration of heavy- haul coal wagon in our country.
