摘要
本文介绍了用标准的机车车辆轮对作为力传感器来连续测量轮轨相互作用力的测力轮对技术,并以作者研制的测力轮对为例,介绍了选择最佳贴片位置的方法、电桥设计的一般原则及试验结果处理等技术。
The technique of developing the standard rail vehicle wheelset as a wheel/rail interaction force transducer is introduced in the paper. The design principle of vertical and lateral force measurement bridges is proposed.Some methods , such as how to select the best pesitions where the strain gages would be placed on the wheelplate and how to diminish the crosstalks btween the lateral and the vertical force measurements are disscussed. All metheds used in practice by authors and disscussed in the papor could be very helpful for the development of the instrumented wheelsets.
