用^1HNMR法研究叔氯丁烷的水解反应

STUDIES ON THE HYDROLYSIS REACTION OF t-BUTYL CHLORIDE BY NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RESONANCE SPECTROSCOPY

报道了用￣１ＨＮＭＲ法研究叔氯丁烷的水解反应的方法，该测定方法可以不分离，而是根据混合物中反应物叔氯丁烷（ｔ－ＢｕＣｌ）和生成物叔丁醇（ｔ－ＢｕＯＨ）中甲基的不同化学位移值（δ值）以及不同积分高度，直接从￣１ＨＮＭＲ谱图中积分曲线高度求出ｔ－ＢｕＣｌ和ｔ－ＢｕＯＨ的相对含量，进而计算反应速度常数和活化能．此法操作简便，重现性好，易于推广。

The contents of the hydrolysis reaction of t-butyl chloride were determined by the nuclear mag-netic resonance spectroscopy,By the method we calculate the rate constant and activity energy of thereaction. The simplicity,rapidity,reproduceablity and high accuracy of the of the method.
