摘要
21世纪对班主任提出了新的人才培养要求。现代班主任的要求可以从不同的向度、用不同的方法进行研究。笔者认为可以从认识论、情意论、行为论、个性论等四个方面进行探讨。
“Education is firstly a process of spiritual growth”, the practice and growth of the teachers in charge of class is no exception. Different times demand different spirit of the teachers' practice. In modern society the personnel training is of high standard and the teachers in charge of a class play a very important role. These all demand that the teachers in charge of a class should have an up-to-date spirit of practice. Therefore, it is necessary to give a review of the spirit corresponding to the development of the times. Different researches can be done on this subject in different ways from different angles. The author made research into the following four aspects: epistemology, sentimentalism, behaviorism and individuation.
