摘要
运用定量和定性研究的方法 ,可分析出非英语专业学生在词汇学习中策略使用的总体倾向 ,比较善学者与不善学者在策略运用上的异同。研究结果表明 :学生在词汇学习过程中广泛运用各种元认知策略、认知策略及社会 /情感策略 ,善学者与不善学者在策略运用上存在明显差异。
This paper reports an empirical study on variouskinds of vocabulary learning strategies employed by Chinese EFL learners. Detailed analysis of both the qualitative and quantitative data has yielded the following findings: the EFL learners tend to adopt a variety of vocabulary learning strategies including metacognitive, cognitive and social-affective strategies. And there are obvious differences between successful and unsuccessful learners in terms of strategy use.
