摘要
对霓虹灯除气工艺做了大量实验。对充入气体压强与放电状态，放电时间以及放气量作了实验观测；采用两步法除气：即先对玻管除气再对电极除气。
Based on a mount of experiment,the dependence of outgassing efficiency on the temperaure,thegas pressure and the discharge condition as well as on time was Observed.A two-stage outgassingmethod was adopted and the satisfactory result was obtained.
