甘薯新品种“渝薯20”的选育研究 被引量:8

摘要 介绍了对甘薯食用,食品加工用新品种“渝薯20”的生产力和主要经济性状的鉴定结果,在重庆市甘薯新品种区域试验中,“渝薯20”3年平均鲜薯产量为27.07t/hm ̄2,薯干产量为7.43t/hm ̄2,藤叶产量为25.17t/hm ̄2。其中,鲜薯产量比对照品种“徐薯18”增产11.67%;薯干和藤叶产量比其减产2.88%和23.15%。该品种薯块烘干率27.47%,含淀粉18.7%、Vc19.6mg/100g、β-胡萝卜素469.6μg/100g;以干基计,含粗蛋白3.8%、氨基酸3.3%、可溶性糖12.4%。“渝薯20”萌芽性、耐贮性好,结薯较早,净同化率高,抗旱性、早收性、抗黑斑病性较好,1993年已推广4000hm ̄2以上。 The paper gives an intreduction of the productivity and essential econonucal characters of a new-ly-evolved sweet potato variety named'Yushu 'used for food and food processing.In the regional test in Chongqing from 1986 to l988,the average fresh tuberous root weight of 'Yushu 20' is 27. 07t/hm ̄2 which increased 11.67%comparing with the'Xushu 18',But its mean dry matter and freshvine are 7.43t/hm ̄2 and 25.17t/hm ̄2 which decrcase 2.88%and 23.15%than those of the'Xushu18',respectively,According to the analysis,the content of dry matter is 27.47%and starch 18.7%,vitamin c 19. 6 mg/100g,β-carotene 469.6 μg/100g in the fresh tuberous root of'Yushu 20'and the content of protein is 3.8%,amino acid 3.3%and soluble sugar 12.4%in the dry tubertous root.The 'Yushu 20'has good bud bursting and easy storing proporties,and the rate of high net assimilationand early-tuberous-growing as well as with highly drought resistance and blacken root resistance.Theplanting area of 'Yushu 20'has been popularized over 4 000 hm ̄2 in 1993.
