摘要
文章着重探讨了区域人口流动对结核病疫情控制的影响,分析了影响流动人口结核病发病率升高的因素,指出流动人口结核病的控制应纳入区域结核病控制规划并采取行之有效的管治措施。在我国结核病疫情仍处于较高流行态势的情况下,加强流动人口结核病控制工作已成为城市结核病控制工作的主要问题。
This paper discusses the influences of regional population floating on tuberculosis control and analyzes the factors that result in the increase of incidence of tuberculosis among floating population. The paper pointes out that tuberculosis control among floating population should be included into regional tuberculosis control plan and some effective measures should be taken. Under the condition of higher epidemic situation for tuberculosis, strengthening tuberculosis control among floating population has become an important issue for urban tuberculosis control.
