褐煤炭化的研究

Research on the carbonization of lignite

通过对褐煤炭化的实验研究 ,分析了升温速度、炭化温度、气体介质及炭化时间等影响炭化的主要因素 ,并综合考虑了炭化料的成分、碘值及微观孔的形状和大小结构的变化 ,给出了炭化的最佳工艺条件。

On experiment research of carbonization of lignite,such influential factors as carbonization temperature,its elevation rate,gas medium and duration of carbonization analyzed;optimal conditions defined in consideration of composition of raw materials,iodine value,shape,size and structure of micro-pores,giving rise of a proper semi-coke as the precursor for production of activated carbon in next step.
