三峡大移民已经取得了举世瞩目的阶段性成果,但如何让外迁移民定居下来不返库并自愿创业和发展,还是一个需要探索和亟待解决的问题。研究三峡库区外迁移民的文化特征,探索有效的文化迁移和建设措施,不但是区域文化传统格局本身发生新变化的要求,而且对移民地区的社会稳定和发展具有重大的现实意义。

The great emigrant project for the construction of the Three Gorges Project has made a great achievement in the first stage. But how to make the emigrants permanently settle down and start their career is a problem that needs to be explored and solved. To study the cultural features of the emigrants and explore the effective measures for cultural transfer and construction is not only required by the change of the regional culture patterns but also is of great significance to the social stability and development in the resettlement areas.
