摘要
市场竞争的日趋激烈使许多企业不得不面临着变革的挑战,许多公司着手进行变革项目,但效果不尽如人意。真正能够通过变革实现管理创新的企业寥寥无几,有效地实施流程变革的方法就显得尤为重要,但是实施过程的复杂性又使得流程变革困难重重。针对实施流程变革的困难,系统地分析了流程变革管理的概念,影响实施流程变革管理的关键成功因素,从而提出了一个影响流程变革管理的因素模型,在此基础上分析了各个因素的影响作用,以期为企业的实践提供一定的指导。
Intense competition forces many enterprises to confront the challenges of changes. As more organizations undertake Business Process Change (BPC) projects, the results of implementation are not satisfied. There are quite few companies that achieve management innovation through changes. The methods of implementing business process changes become a major concern. In this paper, the definition of business process change management, and the key success factors from literature review were explained. a model of business process change management from a systematical view was provided, and each factor influencing on change process was analyzed. Our research would be helpful to the implementation practitioners.
