摘要
本文针对现行牵引变电站继电器布线逻辑监控系统的缺陷，提出了用可编程监控系统取代继电器控制的设想，分析了两种系统的性能价格比，讨论了可编程监控系统的构成。
To Counter the disadvantages of the Relay Logic Control System(RLCS )for traction substation,this paper advanced a new idea to use Programmable Supervision and Control System ( PSCS ) instead of RLCS,and analyzed the performance to price ratio of both systems. In addition,the construction of PSCS was discustal in this parper. [
