本文论述了国家重点工程——川黔线牵引供电监控系统ＣＱＹ软件的设计方法和过程，并对其功能特点进行了分析。ＣＱＹ软件的开发成功对以后的监控系统软件版本的发展产生着重要的影响。

A new software CQY has been used in Chuan-Qian railway traction power supply telecontrol system ,a national key project. This article introduces the design method and analyses the main function of the new software. The successful exploitation of CQY software exerts a tremendous influence on the development of the following versions of telecontrol software.
