着重对环氧丙烷生产中的关键工序———氯醇化工序中氯醇化塔的运行情况进行总结,分别对塔压、塔温、爆炸三角区和安全管理等方面进行阐述,同时提出优化控制指标,以达到降低原料消耗、提高产品产量和质量、保证生产正常运转的目的。

The running state of chlorohydrination tower for epoxy chloropropane production in the key process,that is,chlorohydrination process,is summarized in brief,and the aspects on tower prssure,tower temperature,explode detta area and safety management are related respectively.The preferential controlling indexes are proposed to reach such purposes as degreasing the consumption of raw and processed materials,increasing the amount and quality of products,and pledging the smooth running of production.
