摘要
目的 对深圳市社区卫生服务反应性水平进行测量, 比较不同人群间反应性差距。方法 单因素方差分析和模糊评价。结果 模糊评价结果显示深圳市社区卫生服务反应性得分为 68 27, 处于良好和一般之间。结论 在反应性各要素中, 最需要改进的是: 及时关注、病人尊严和就医环境。居住区域、年龄、民族和经济收入对反应性影响有差异。反应性强调了卫生服务“以人为本”的目标的重要性, 社区卫生服务组织要利用自身贴近社区、熟悉社区、机构小容易控制等自身优势提高社区卫生服务反应性水平。
Objective This paper measures the responsiveness of community health service in Shenzhen and compares the difference degree of responsiveness in different people.Methods The data were detected by one-way ANOVA and Fuzzy math assessment.Results Fuzzy math assessment results show that the score of responsiveness of community health service in Shenzhen is 68.27,which between the degree 'good ' and 'just so-so'.Conclusion Among all of the factors of responsiveness,factors that need to be improved are 'prompt attention,dignity of patients and medical environment'.Single-factor square analysis shows resident region,age,nationality and income have statistic influence on responsiveness.Responsiveness emphasizes humanism,and requires the community health service to improve responsiveness degree with its geographic and institutional advantages.
