摘要
将银杉种子的成熟胚剥离出来,在LP+NAA1.5×10 ̄(-6)培养基中离休培养,成苗率为87%。以无菌幼苗的子叶、下胚轴、顶芽作为外植体,在LP附加KT0.5,BA0.5,NAAlx10 ̄(-6)的培养基中诱导出愈伤组织。这一研究为银杉离体胚培养进行快速繁殖,作了有益的尝试。
he mature embryos of Cathaya argyrophylla Chun et Kuang were removed fromseeds and cultured on LP+NAA 0.5~2.0 × 10^(-6)media. The rate of seedling is 87% on themedium contained NAA 1.5 × 10^(-6).The cutting segments of sterile cotyledon,apical budand hypocotyl were cultured on LP medium contained KT 0.5.BA 0.5. NAA 1 × 10^(-6)andthe callus was formed after 3 weeks.
