心脏中的超极化激活的环核苷酸门控通道 被引量:1

摘要 If离子流是心脏起搏电流的重要组成部分,超极化激活的环核苷酸门控通道 (hyperpolerization activatedcyclicnucleotid gatedchannels,HCN通道)和野生型If离子通道有相似的分子生物学结构和通道动力学特征。对HCN通道的研究成为从分子水平深入探讨心脏起搏机制的重要内容。目前有关HCN通道的研究已取得了一些进展,但其在心脏起搏中的作用机制仍不清楚。
