高寒牧区暖季快速肥育牦牛胴体性能的测定和研究

Carcass Traits of Finished Yaks in High and Cold Pasture during the Warm Season

为探明高寒牧区放牧条件下，实施暖季肥育对提高耗牛产肉的确切作用，于１９９１年进行了暖季肥育的重复试验，对补饲添加剂组，埋植增重剂组与对照组３．５岁耗牛的胴体指标和产肉性能进行了系统测试和研究，三组耗牛的屠宰率、净肉率和胴体产肉率分别为５４．５１％、４３．２９％和７９．４１％；５１．１７％、３９．６１％和７７．３７％；５１．８５％、４０．７５％和７８．４９％。眼肌面积和骨肉比分别为５３．２２厘米￣２、５３．８６厘米￣２和４９．４１厘米￣２；１：４．２７，１：３．６８和１：３．９０。结果表明，放牧肥育并补饲添加剂对提高产肉性能和改善胴体结构具有更为明显的效果，是改进耗牛肉用性能较为有效的措施，试验结果为高寒牧区对牦牛进行短期育肥和麦洼耗牛的选育提供了有价值的资料。

he effect of feed additives and gruwth stimulants on the improvement of yak meatperformance in high and cold Pasture during warm season is determined.The drassing percentage,meat percentage, ratio of meat to carcass and loineye area to meat-bone are 54.51%,43.29%,79.41%,53.22cm￣2and 1:4.27 for feed additive group; 51.17%, 39.61%, 77.37%, 53.86cm￣2 and 1: 3.68 for growth stimulant group;and 51.85%,40.75%,78.49%,49.41 cm￣2 and 1:3.90 for control group. The result indicates that grazing yaks supplemented with feed additives have agood effect on the improvement of carcass traits. This result can provide a valuable information toyak’s fattenning in panertoral area of plateau.
