人胚胎干细胞体外培养和扩增的研究进展

摘要 体外维持人胚胎干细胞未分化的增殖状态受细胞生长环境和内源性调节因子的控制。本文阐述了目前体外培养和扩增人胚胎干细胞细胞的各种系统,分析了影响细胞增殖和不分化的因素及其信号转导机制,指出了为临床细胞替代治疗疾病提供细胞来源的人胚胎干细胞培养系统的发展趋势。
