摘要
针对吴旗油田结垢严重的实际问题,研制出了SIB阻垢剂。其阻垢成分主要是有机膦酸盐与多种表面活性剂及助剂的复配物,对阻止碳酸盐垢和硫酸钙垢的形成具有优越的性能。在室内试验和现场应用中,用量为50mg/L时,阻垢率达到85%以上。在吴旗油田已使用了两年,取得了良好的阻垢效果。
To solve the serious scaling problem of Wuqi oilfield, scale inhibitor SIB composed of organophosphate, surface - active agents and auxiliaries was produced. It has possessed quite good effect on reducing scale deposition of CaCO3 and CaSO4. The experiment results and field application showed that the scale inhibition efficiency achieved more than 85% with 50mg/L. In Wuqi oilfield use, quite good effect was obtained.
