摘要
研究了用植物蛋白酶和无机酸联合水解畜血制各复合氨基酸试验,结果表明联合水解工艺比单用酶解或酸解畜血优越。
It is Scddied in the poper that amino acid is prepared by means of the combination ofhydrolysis of plant proteinasc and organic acid and the experiment indicates that hydrolysis of animalblood catalyzed by the combination of protetinase and acid is superior to that catalyzed only byproteinase or acid.
