摘要
以重油和煤气为燃料的阳极焙烧炉单位产品热耗的差距约有一倍半到两倍。针对这个问题,首先对不同燃料类型的焙烧炉进行热平衡分析,继而从燃烧化学反应的角度进行深入研究,指出燃料中不可燃气体成分(主要是氮气)的差异是不同燃料类型焙烧炉热耗存在差异的本质原因,提出了不同燃料类型焙烧炉可能达到的热耗目标。
The difference of the unit heat consumption varies from one and half times to two times between the burning-oil anode baking furnace and the burning-gas one. To work out the reasons behind this discrepancy, a heat-balance analysis for anode baking furnace heated with various fuels is conducted, and the chemical reactions involved in the combustion process are also studied in detail from the angle of combustion chemistry. It has been found that the non-combustible components (mainly nitrogen) in fuels are responsible for the difference in the heat consumption of the furnaces heated with various fuels. The lowest heat consumption for anode baking furnace with various fuels is also suggested.
