摘要
旧院黑鸡蓝壳蛋蛋壳强度比其他非蓝壳蛋蛋壳高。其强度高的机制,不是蛋壳厚度的差异,而是由于蓝壳蛋蛋壳栅状层柱状晶体及晶体间的原纤维的形态和排列方式更适合于承受各个方向的压力和卵状层乳头与外壳膜纤维连接更牢固;加以厚而粗大的外壳膜纤维对蛋壳的辅助支持作用,共同构成了蓝壳蛋较好的蛋壳物理性能。
The mechanical strength of blue eggshells from ' Jiuyuan Black Fowls' is greater than non -blue eggshells from other chickens. The mechanism for the greater strength of the blue eggshells was shown not to be their thickness but their histological structure. Scanning electron microscopy revealed that compared to their non - blue counterparts, blue eggshells are of more favourable shapes and arrangement patterns for crystal pillars in the paling - like layer and for the fibrils twining around between the pillars to bear the ambient pressure forcing on to the eggshell. Papillas of the cone layer bind to fibres of the outer shell membrane closer. The significantly thicker and wider fibres of the outer shell membrane may have an additional suppcrting effect on the strength of the eggshell. All the properties mentioned above contribute to the better performance of blue eggshells.
