摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定丹七片中原儿茶醛的含量,以控制该制剂的质量。方法采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为LiChrospherRP-18柱(250×4mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1.5%冰醋酸(1∶9);检测波长为280nm;进样量10μL;流速为1mL/min。结果原儿茶醛能与其他组分达到基线分离;原儿茶醛在0.030~0.150μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995);平均加样回收率为103.08%,RSD为0.796%。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a RP- HPLC method for the determinatio n of protocatechualdehyde in Danqi tablet. Methods LiChrospher RP- 18 column w as used, the mobile phase was MeOH- 1.5 % Hac(1∶ 9) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/ min, and the detection wavelength was at 280nm. Results There was a goo d linearity within the range of 0.030~ 0.150 μ g of protocatechualdehyde. The average recovery was 103.08 % and RSD was 0.796 % (n=5). Conclusion This method can be used for the quality control of Danqi tablet .
