岩原鲤脑颅的研究

STUDY ON NEUROCRANIUM OF PROCYPRIS RABAUDI(TCHANG)

岩原鲤具有后耳骨，脑颅整体形态、各骨片形态和连结与鲤相近，而与乌原鲤较远，赞同原鲤属与鲤属是一个类群的观点。

In a comparison study of the neurocranium of rock carp(Procypris babaudi (Tchang)),Chineseink carp(Procypris merus Lin)and Chinese carp(Cyprinus carp Linnaeus ),it was found thatopisthotic existed only in rock carp and that the shape of the whole neurocranium and the bones ofthe skull and their connection of the rock carp were more similar to those of the Chinese Carp than tothose of the Chinese ink carp,thus providing more information to support the opinion that Procypris and Cyprinus are from a sister group.
