稻瘟病菌对有机磷杀菌剂交互抗性及抗性机制的初步研究

摘要 采用滤纸条法测定,稻瘟病菌抗异稻瘟净菌株对克瘟散具有交互抗性;多功能氧化酶抑制剂Pb具有抑菌活性,但对异稻瘟净、克瘟散、稻瘟净和稻瘟灵无增效作用,在液体培养基中,Pb对抗药性菌株的抗性无影响;研究结果表明稻瘟病菌对异稻瘟净的田间抗药性与多功能氧化酶无关。 Cross-resistance of Pyricularir oryzae isolates from southern China to Kitazin P and Hinosan was found through filter stripe cross experiments. The MFO enzyme activity inhibiter Pb had no synergism with Kitazin P on resistant isolates both on plates and in. liquid medium, MFO enzyme activity had no effects on Kitazin P resistance in the fields of China.
