摘要
为使核电厂的安全性和经济性都有所提高,使核电具有更好的可接受性,国际核能界提出“先进核电厂”的概念。针对美国核管会(NRC)发布的有关“先进核电厂”的政策声明和美国电力科学研究院(EPRI)发表的“先进轻水堆电力公司要求文件(”URD)的内容,结合第3代核电厂的典型特征,对2份文件中有关“先进核电厂”的差异及其技术内涵进行探讨。
International nuclear power industry has established an idea on 'advanced nuclear power plant' for improving safety, economics and acceptability. In this paper the difference between NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) policy statement about advanced nuclear power plant and URD(Advanced Light Water Reator Utility Requirement Document by EPRI) is compared, and technology intension about advanced nuclear power plant is discussed.
