摘要
加拿大本土与温哥华岛联网是世界上第1个采用500kV交流海底电缆联网的工程,额定电压为525kV,2回海底电缆与架空线路混合联络线,每回额定输送容量为1200MW。工程从1983年单回、1984年双回投运至今,已安全运行20年。文中介绍该工程的设计、电缆选择、海洋勘察、电缆敷设和保护及运行维护等方面的情况。加拿大本土与温哥华岛联网工程的成功经验,可作为我国海南联网工程设计、建设的借鉴。
Canada-Vancouver transmission system is the first interconnection project using 500 kV alternating current submarine cable in the word. The system, comprises two circuits of overhead line and submarine lines with 1200 MW per circuit. The first circuit came into operation in 1983 and the second circuit came into operation in 1984. Until now, the transmission system has operated safely 20 years. This paper describes design, laying, protection, operation and mainte- nance of submarine cables. The success of Canada-Vancouver interconnection project can be a reference in the design and construction of Hainan-Guangdong interconnection.
