云贵高原水牛血液蛋白多态性研究

STUDY ON BLOOD PROTEIN POLYMORPHISM OF SWAMP BUFFALOES IN YUNNAN-GUIZHOU PLATEAU

对云贵高原４个沼泽型水牛类群４０１头的血样，用淀粉凝胶、醋酸纤维薄膜和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电泳法测定血清白蛋白、血红蛋白和血清运铁蛋白多态性，以３个位点基因频率计算标准遗传距离，并用最短距离法进行聚类分析。结果表明，云贵高原４个水牛类群遗传变异性小，具有较近的亲缘关系。

Totally 401 blood samples were taken from the four types of buffaloes produced in Yunnan-Guizhou plateau of southwest China. Starchgel, cellulose acetate membrane and polyacryiamide gel electrophoresis were used to examine the three blood protein (AIb Hb Tf)polymorphism loci of 401 buffaloes. According to the gene frequency of the three protein polymorohism loci, Net genetic distance and Rogers' genetic distance were calculated.Phylogenetic trees were drawn up by least distance cluster method. The results showed that the genetic variation was very small among the four types swamp buffalo in YunnanGuizhou Plateau.
