摘要
甜橙采后涂蜡可抑制贮藏初期呼吸强度10—20%;抗坏血酸氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性明显降低;果实内部乙烯和乙醇积累量增加,果皮细胞质膜透性和果实内部PG活性增大。涂蜡逾月,乙醇积累较对照高13%左右,质膜透性增大11—42%,PG活性约增大20%。不同的蜡液对果实内部生化特性的影响不同。
The respiration intensity reduced by 10.34~20.51% during the early period of storage and the activities of ascorbic acid oxidase and peroxidase were significantly inhibited by postharvest treatment with waxes in sweet orange.sealing wax led to the accumulation of ethylene and ethanol in the juice,and increased the plasma membane Permeability of peel cell and polygalacturonase(PG) activity.In the waxed fruit ethanol content increased by 13.15~14.2%,plasmas membrane Permeability and PG activity increaset by 11.06~42.62% and 20.4%,respectively when comparison with the unwaxed fruit after one month of storage.The effects of different waxes on physiological and biochemical changes were different in sweet orange.
