摘要
一、前言为了研究维生素B_6(吡哆醛)片剂在人体内的动力学过程,选择具有药理作用的化合物吡哆醛进行^(99m)Tc标记,然后用该标记物作示踪观测。早在1975年,Baker就用加热消毒法制备了^(99m)Tc_吡哆醛。该方法实验条件复杂且标记物不稳定。1978年,Kato在方法上作了改进,用SnCl_2还原法制备了标记物。
Pyridoxylidene, one of the vitamin B_6 components,may react with amino acids to form various kinds of Schiff-bases. The Schiff-base was labelled with ^(99m)Tc using stannous chloride as reductant.This note reports in detail the efficiency of labelling under several conditions such as the pH of the solution, relative quantities of reductant, and the reaction time either in boiling water or at room temperature. The purpose of this note is to give an optimum conditions of labelling and to evaluate the clinical application of the labelled Schiff-base.
