阐述了基于PC的数据采集技术,是计算机系统与仪器系统技术相结合的产物,它充分利用了上位机的强大功能,结合相应的硬件,使得数据的采集、传输、处理、显示有了很大提高。利用了PLC812PG数据采集卡实现了将螺杆加工过程中的状态量传人PC机,从而为加工过程的优化控制奠定了基础。

Data acquisition based on PC is the result of combining computer with instrument. With the relevant hardware, it fully makes use of the strong function of the computer and makes the acquisition, transfer, disposal and display of the data enhanced. In this paper, the PCL - 812PG card is used to make the input of the status value in the processing of the rod into the PC, and it makes a solid basis for the optimization of the processing process.
