高粱A1基因的克隆

MOLECULAR CLONING OF THE A1 GENE IN SORGHUM

实验采用基因组克隆的方法，用已经克隆的玉米Ａ１基因作探针，从高粱基因组ＤＮＡ文库电分离克隆出高粱的Ａ１基因克隆。经Ｓｏｕｔｈｅｒｎ氏印迹杂支分析初步证明，其中有一个克隆是真实的，定名为Ａ１—１２。

The molecular clones of the A1 gene of Sorghum were isolated from the genomic DNA library of sorghum by the method of genomic DNA cloning, using the cloned A1 gene of Zea mays as the probe. These positive clones were preliminarily proofed with Southern blot hybridization, and one of the clones was real and named as A1─12.
