摘要
本文提出了在随机区组设计下利用各小区单株观察值分析不完全双列杂交一般配合力和特殊配合力的最小二乘法。该法能对两类配合力进行显著性检验，能对各亲本的一般配合力间的差异和各组合特殊配合力间的差异进行显著性检验。
The method of least squares for estimating GCA and SCA of incomplete diallel cross was presented for a randomized block design on the observations of individual plant. The estimations of GCA and SCA with this method were unbiased. The significance tests of GCA and SCA and differences between GCAs and SCAs were presented in this method.
