摘要
以鱼粉、酪蛋白为试验饲料的蛋白源,采用蛋白质梯度法,分8个梯度经31天的饲养试验,以生长增重率、体蛋白质增加量和蛋白质利用率为评定指标,从直线回归方程和抛物线回归方程,求得大口鲇鱼种在水温为26.7℃±1.2℃、日投饲量占鱼体重的4.5%的条件下,其蛋白质需要量的范围是40.23%~48.32%,即每100g大口鲇蛋白质的日需要量是1.8103g~2.1744g。
In order to determine the optimal level of dietary protein for the optimum growth of the Juvenile fish of Silurvs meridionalis, protein gradient feeding method was used. Each tank was assigned to one of 6 different dietary protein levels ranging 30.7 ̄64.6%, with a daily feed allowanced approximated 4.5% of the body weight and every 10 fingerlings (15g) were reared in a 4.8 M3 concrete tank at 26.7℃±1.2℃ for 31 days.It was found that the optimal protein level of diet determined by both method of linear regression and parabolic curve was 40.23 ̄48.32%. The protein efficiency decreased with the increase in protein content of the diet according to the equation Y=37.6315x 0.3322x.
