摘要
根据伴性遗传规律,通过对引进的HY、Hw、LY、Lw4个父母代褐壳蛋鸡群进行表型分群和基因型测交,经家系扩繁选留,用快羽公鸡配慢羽母鸡,已初步建成快慢羽纯系。经4批755只鉴定观察,自别雌雄准确率公雏为99.7%,母雏为98.5%,公母平均为99.1%。本研究确认,从杂合型慢羽公鸡与慢羽母鸡相配产生的后代中,选留表型为出壳时无主翼羽或主翼羽与覆主翼羽均无的公鸡,能有效的扩大纯合型慢羽公鸡的频率,减少测交工作量。
Phenotypical classification and genotypic testcross were conducted for 4 induced brown shell parent populations including Hy,Hw ,Ly and Lw,based on the principle of sex linkage inheritance. Fast and slow feathering pure lines were bred through fast feather cocks crossing to slow hens,and then reproduction and selection.These lines could be used as the autosex discrimination system of brown shell layers.The identification results from 4 batches(755 chicken) indicated that the average correct rate of auto-sex discrimination reached 99.1%,and 99.7 % for cocks and 98. 5% for hens.Thus,we confirmed that,to select the cocks without covering primaries or primaries and primary from the progeny of heterozygous slow feather cocks crossing to slow feather hens could availably increase the frequency of homozygous slow feather cocks and decrease testcrosses.
