乌须生发胶囊的制备与临床应用

The Preparation and Clinical Application of Wuxu Shengfa Capsule

目的 :探讨乌须生发胶囊的制备工艺、质量控制及临床疗效。方法 :建立处方、制备工艺和质量控制的标准 ,并进行临床疗效观察。结果 :乌须生发胶囊用于治疗斑秃、全秃、头发早白、脂溢性脱发、头皮发痒、头屑多、油脂多与病后、产后脱发及放化疗所致的脱发等症 ,有效率 84 % ,未见明显不良反应。结论 :该制剂工艺简单 ,质量控制切实可行 ,稳定性好 ,疗效确切。

Objective: To discuss the preparation technique, quality control and clinical curative effect of Wuxu Shengfa Capsule. Methods: To establish the criteria for recipe, preparation technique and quality control to conduct clinical observation. Results: The capsule was applied in the treatment of pelade, calvities, grey hairs when one was young, seborrheic alopecia, scalp itching, much dandruff and lipa, puerperal alopecia, alopecia caused by other diseases, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The effective rate was 84% without obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion: The preparation technique is simple. The quality control is feasible and stable. The curative rate is definite.
