Determining the Content of Baicalin in Chuanshu Pill with HPLC

目的 :用高效液相色谱法测定喘舒片中黄芩苷的含量。方法 :固定相为ODS柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 -冰醋酸 (5 0∶5 0∶1) ;检测波长 2 74nm。结果 :回收率为 97.6 9% ,RSD值 2 .19%。结论 :该法能使干扰峰与黄芩苷峰完全分离。

Objective: To determine the content of baicalin in Chuanshu Pill with HPLC. Methods: Stationary phase was ODS; mobile phase was methanol, water and glacial acetic acid (50∶50∶1); detection wave length was 274 nm. Results: Rate of recovery was 97.69% and the value of RSD was 2.19%. Conclusion: Full dissociation can be made between the interference peak and baicalin peak.
