摘要
川辐4号是利用200Gy的60Co-γ射线对(川辐1号×78中2882)杂交F1代干种子进行急性照射处理,经系谱法多代选育而成的辐射诱变小麦新品种。川辐4号小麦属穗重型品种。有效穗300~330穗/m2,每穗粒数50~60粒,千粒重43g左右,单穗重可达2.69g,产量水平为4500~6750kg/hm2。株高90cm左右,耐肥抗倒,早播早熟,高抗条锈病,耐赤霉病,感白粉病,产量稳定性好,适应性较广。籽粒饱满,品质优良,蛋白质含量16.8%,湿面筋含量33.5%。1993年4月通过四川省品种审定委员会审定合格,并在全省范围内推广种植,目前累计种植面积已达4.7万公顷。本文就川辐4号小麦新品种的选育成功对辐射诱变在小麦育种上的应用进行了讨论。
Chuanfu 4 was a new mutant variety of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)which was selected from mutants derived from the hybrid F1 cross between Chuanfu 1 and 78 Zhong 2882 by means of rapid radiation of 200 Gy (60) ̄Co-γ ray. Chuanfu 4 was a type of wheat cultivar with weighty spikes,which was characterized by 330 ̄360 available spike/m2,43g of 1000--grain weight, 50-60 full grains/spike and 2. 6g/spike. The yield of Chuanfu 4 was usually 4500-6750 kg/hm2. Its plant height was about 90cm. It was early ripe and highly resistant to lodging and stripe rust.Its protein content was 16.8%, wet glutein content was 33. 5%. Chuanfu 4 could be Planted widely in Sichuan basin. So far, its total cultivated area reached 4700 hectsres.In April of 1993,Chuanfu 4 was officially approved by Sichuan Committee of Variety Approvement. In terms of the success on radiation breeding for Chuanfu 4,the application of radiation mutation in wheat breeding were discussed in this paper.
