摘要
对马疫链球菌SH-0进行紫外诱变,筛选出溶血素和透明质酸酶双缺陷型突变菌株SH-2,使透明质酸产量提高5倍;突变株经5次传代,其产酸量及HA的相对分子质量保持稳定.经过发酵条件的优化,确定最佳摇瓶条件是初始pH7.6,发酵温度37℃,发酵时间44h.
A high hyaluronic acid-producing mutant ,designated as Streptococcus equi SH-2 that did not produce streptolysin or hyaluronidase was selected from wild-type Streptococcus equi SH-0 by UV mutation.The selected mutant could produce HA three times as much as the original strain and maintains pefect genetic stability after 5 generations of reproduction.After culture condition was optimized,the optimal pH,temperature and fermentational time were 7.6,37℃and 44h,respectively.
