摘要 本文探讨了水稻和陆稻不同品种抽穗后不同时期不同程度控水,对稻米品质的影响。结果表明:不同处理对水、陆稻糙米率和精米率的影响相似,多数处理表现不同程度的提高,整精米率不同品种表现不同,各品种几乎所有处理垩白率都明显增加,各品种多数处理籽粒厚度有不同程度的增加,两个陆稻品种粒长、粒宽增加较为明显,不同处理对青米率影响不大。控水使各品种多数处理无论优势粒、劣势粒的蛋白质含量均表现增加(一些处理增加达显著或极显著水平),且水稻品种的增加幅度大于陆稻,除垦选一号陆稻外,所有水、陆稻品种中劣势粒蛋白质含量高于优势粒。 Effect of control soil water on the different varieties of paddy rice and upland rice quality were studied from heading to raping stages. Results showed that the brown rice rate and milled rice rate of paddy rice and upland rice were similar under different treatments. More of the treatments increased differently. Head rice rates of different varieties were different. Chalky percentage of nearly every varieties of all treatments were obviously increased. Grain thickness of more treatments of every varieties increased differently. Grain length and width of two upland rice were increased significantly. Green rice rate had a little difference with different treatments. Protein contents of superior grain and inferior grain of many treatments were increased significantly than control soil water (some treatments were significant and very significant ), moreover paddy rice was higher than upland rice. Except the Kenxuan 1, contents of protein of inferior grain of paddy rice was higher than that of superior grain, Kenxuan 3 was so, Kenxuan 1 was reversed.
