摘要
聚乙烯醇与氢氧化铜形成包合物,可使氢氧化铜在8≤pH≤12的水溶液中增溶和吸收光谱红移。以pH=10的Cu2+-PVA-H2O体系在740 nm波长下,用分光光度计测定铜(II)盐,其含量在10~50 mg/100 mL范围内可以得到理想的结果。
The complex of cupric hydroxide and PVA in the presence of pH8 to pH11 made a red shift. The absorbance measured by spectrophotometer at 740 nm was plotted against the different molar concentration of cupric salt in the pH10 aqueous solution of Cu2+-PVA.The range of the determination of CuCl2·2H2O was 10~50 mg/100 mL in which we can get an ideal result.
