摘要
针对国内大直径焊接钢管的制管现状,从板料的塑性弯曲理论入手,采用数学解析法,对直缝管筒折弯成形过程进行了工程理论描述,建立了直缝管筒折弯成形的数学模型。
On the basis of the analysis of the pipe manufacture situation of large diameter jointing pipe in China, the authors introduce the shaping and figuration theory of sheet materials, describe the engineering theory of the process of bending and shaping straight slot pipe by applying mathematics approach and establish mathematic model of bending and shaping straight slot pipe.
