摘要 本文在田野调查的基础上,分析了在贵州边远少数民族贫困地区国家对农村基础教育实施集中资源办学政策带来的影响,指出该项政策是对原本教育资源匮乏的贫困地区和边远少数民族山区采取了一刀切的做法。盲目集中农村学校,使得原本能就近上学的孩子因交通不便等原因纷纷辍学,对教育资源紧缺的边远少数民族贫困地区的基础教育来说无疑是雪上加霜,导致了教育的不公平。 On the basis of investigation in the field, this paper analyzes the influences of collecting all of the resources for running a school on basic education of outlying poor mountain areas of Guizhou Province. This paper points out that the policy adopts the method so as to make it rigidly uniform to original education resources of poverty-stricken and outlying mountain areas of ethnic minority. The policy of blindly concentrating the rural school makes children drop out of school one after another because of reasons such as being inconvenient of the traffic. It is undoubtedly that disasters pile up on one another to basic education in outlying poor mountain areas of ethnic minority in short supply of resources. Unfairness resulted in educating.
