摘要
城市经营是一种新的城市发展理念。围绕以经营城市促进城市经济发展这一主题,把城市经营理念融入到城市经济发展中,论述了一种新的城市经营模式———城市经营“产品”模式。通过对城市经营“产品”模式的内涵、结构及其应具备的条件的探讨,系统地论述了城市经营“产品”模式的构架。
Urban management is a new idea of city development.Based on the thesis of promoting the development of city economy by means of managing city,this paper introduces urban management concept into the development of city economy, and discusses one of the new urban management patterns-urban management “product” pattern. Through analyses of the connotation of the pattern and structure and conditions it should have, this paper systematically discusses the frame of urban management “product” patter.
