摘要
利用平面波角谱理论和光栅一级衍射方程 ,导出了单色光束通过平行光栅对的传输方程 ,同时引入了角谱传输的轴向有效距离公式。针对超高斯光束入射进行了数值模拟 。
Using the theory of plane-wave angular spectrum and the first-order diffraction equation of grating, the propagation equation of monochromatic beam passing the parallel grating pair and the effective distance expression along axis of the angular spectrum propagating have been deduced strictly. And the propagating characters of Supper-Gaussian beam have been simulated, the result shows the dissymmetry effect of the parallel grating pair on the beam vertically and horizontally.
